SHIPPING

• Domestic orders are shipping with SF Express. International orders are shipping with Hong Kong Post.
  
  
• Free local shipping on any order over HKD$1000.

• International orders are subject to duty and custom fees. We are not responsible for these charges. 
  
  
• Please make sure you supply us with a full and correct shipping address, including your apartment number.

• In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incomplete address, please note that additional shipping fees may apply for the reshipping of your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

• You will get an email confirmation when your payment has been received, and another email with your tracking number when your order has been packed.
  
  
• Please allow up to 2 days for the activation of your tracking number.
  
  
• Once your tracking number is active, the approximate time of transit is:
  
  Hong Kong: ~5-7 business days.
  International: ~7-14 business days.
